Responsibilities : 1.Requirement gathering and analyze the requirement with business user. 2.Understand and use requirements management tools or project and defect management tools effectively. 3.Discuss, extract, and consolidate all the business processes and concerned functional requirements. 4.Review and prepare all functional requirements, including with data, documents user manuals, comprehensively and clearly. 5.Assess business imperatives and goals, and articulating them as Information Technology needs. 6.Prioritizing and planning to achieve targets/ deadlines for the assigned tasks. 7.Providing support the Operations team to ensure that accordance with Service Level Agreement. 8.Advising and providing information for risk assessment & business solution with suitable technology & workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Nurse or related fields.
For IT Background : At least 5 years of experience in Business analyst, System Analyst, Programmer
For Nurse background : At least 5 years of experience working as Nurse (UR Nurse, UM Nurse are preferred)
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
English Communication would be advantage.
