Job Descriptions
• แนะนำและให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์โครงการบ้านกับลูกค้า รวมถึงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เสนอขายและปิดการขาย
• ติดตามและแนะนำลูกค้าในการให้ข้อมูล
• ดูแลเอกสารสัญญาซื้อขาย เช่าระยะยาว การโอนให้ลูกค้า
• ติดตามการชำระงวดเงินจากลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานสำหรับ Sales Executive 1 ปีขึ้นไป / Senior Sales Executive 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- รักงานบริการ, มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, บุคลิกภาพดี
- มีทักษะด้านการเจรจา ต่อรอง
- มีไหวพริบ ยืดหยุ่น
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพื้นฐานและ Microsoft office และอื่น ๆ ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ขายทางด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สื่อสารภาษาจีน / รัสเซีย หรืออื่นๆ ได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
