Job Descriptions
1.ตั้งเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ
2.รวบรวมเอกสารใบเสร็จ เคลียร์เงินคืน
3.ดูแล ควบคุมการเบิก ของพรีเมี่ยม ในการจัดกิจกรรม
4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี-การเงิน / ฝ่ายขาย และฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 24 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิตั้งแต่ ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- ชอบงานด้านสื่อสาร ประสานงานกับผู้อื่น และทำงานภายในความกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการวางแผน และการนำเสนองาน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำเอกสารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง
- ใช้ Excel / Google Sheet / POWER POINT ได้ดี
- บุคลิกดี ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ พร้อมเรียนรู้ และเป็นทีมเวิร์ก
