Job Descriptions
- ตอบคำถาม แก้ปัญหา ให้คำแนะนำและบริการแก่ลูกค้าที่มาจากช่องทางแชท e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok และโซเชียลมีเดียอื่นๆ) - รับเรื่องและประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง - สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า เป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของบริษัทฯ - ทำงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนก ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ตรวจสอบคลังสินค้าและจัดระเบียบสินค้า - รับ/ส่ง/คืนสินค้า หรืออุปกรณ์เสริมให้กับทางลูกค้า/แบรนด์ธุรกิจ - จัดการเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นหรือรีวิวที่เป็บลบ และติดต่อเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา - ลงระบบเคลมสินค้าที่ส่งกลับมาเคลมกับทางบริษัทและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่มีปัญหา - เทียบราคาสินค้าของแบรนด์อื่นๆ - โทรติดตามพัสดุให้กับลูกค้าในแต่ละวัน - ดูแลหลังบ้าน ยกเลิกสินค้า - ลงระบบจัดส่งสินค้าของ KOL
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 - 2 ปี
  2. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  3. ระดับการศึกษา ม.6/อนุปริญญา หรือสูงกว่า
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service รับพิจารณาพิเศษ
  5. สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  6. มีใจรักด้านงานบริการ
  7. สามารถจัดการกับปัญหาทางด้านอารมณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไม่ส่งผลกระทบกับงานได้ดีเยี่ยม
  8. สามารถใช้ระบบโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เบื้องต้น
  9. หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
