- Record data into the accounting system (Purchases order, Domestic expenses, General journal, General ledger, Importation products) - Prepare input tax Monthly report. - Verify Tax Invoice with the requirements of Revenue Department. - Accounting Report. - ลงบันทึกบัญชีในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า และวัตถุดิบในการผลิต - ลงบันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายในประเทศ โดยบันทึกตามลักษณะของงาน แต่ละงาน ในระบบ AS400 - จัดเตรียมข้อมูล เพื่อจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ในแต่ละเดือนสำหรับตรวจสอบ โดยสรรพากร และผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีของบริษัท - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ของใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดของกรมสรรพากร และครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายภาษีอากร - จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่าย ที่เกี่ยวกับการซื้อสินค้าในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
1 years of experience.
Fair command of English.
Have knowledge about AS400 system.
Computer skills : Excel, Word, Outlook.
