Accountant AR Position (Investment & Fixed Asset) Job Summary: Responsible for validating the process of recording asset number which were assigned to the property which are located at factory. Validating the process of data updating of fixed assets in SAP System. Handling prepare the report of Fixed Asset (support management and auditor)and support yearly physical count fixed asset activity. - Record Fixed Asset and Asset under construction in SAP System such as acquisition cost, classification, capitalize date, cost center, etc. - Update data of Fixed Asset in SAP System such as asset owner, asset location, etc. - Issue invoice to sell fixed asset in SAP system - Post depreciation and amortization in SAP system and prepare report - Prepare Provision of write-off fixed asset report and Provision of Impairment report - Adjust the necessary transaction in SAP - Prepare Fixed Assets Movement Report by monthly basis. - Prepare BOI - Fixed Asset - Handle Yearly Physical Count of Fixed Asset and arrange the training course for Fixed assets - Reporting support management (Audit activity) - Responsible for handling special assignment from management Accountant AP Position Job Summary: Verify invoice and enter invoice for AP indirect material (Import & Local) into SAP system and control data purchase tax 7%. Transfer deferred purchase VAT 7% to purchase VAT 7%. - Verify the correctness of invoice or tax invoices and post invoices for AP indirect material to SAP System - Follow up invoice, debit note and credit note from supplier within timeline - Gather all tax invoices on hand (separated by business place in monthly purchase tax report) and send to reviewer to verify in the next process - Verify completeness of data in document system - Check correctness and completeness of expenses at the end of month - Responsible for handling special assignment from management

Qualifications

Female, Male
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economic. (B.Acc. /B.B.A. /B.Econ.)
New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting function
Good command of both spoken and written in English
Good command in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point), SAP
Good interpersonal skill and can handle multitask
Proficiency in accounting software SAP, ERP, MS Excel and PowerPoint
