Job Descriptions
1.Design and develop test cases, test scenarios, and test results for validating reports and dashboards 2.Perform data quality checks across data pipelines and reporting layers 3.Execute regression testing to ensure report consistency across changes 4.Write advanced SQL queries (Spark SQL) to validate and verify datasets 5.Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to understand report generation flows 6.Utilize Databricks for data analysis and validation tasks 7.Build or contribute to automated test scripts using Python (nice to have) 8.Track and report defects and test results in a structured and transparent manner
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in QA or Test Automation, preferably with focus on data and reporting systems
  2. Strong SQL skills, especially in Spark SQL
  3. Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and report generation flow
  4. Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar big data platforms
  5. Familiarity with report validation logic and business rules
  6. Experience in regression testing in data environments
  7. Ability to write or maintain Python scripts for automated tests is a strong plus
  8. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  9. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in testing complex systems
