Job Descriptions
- Develop and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality. - Conduct process reviews and identify areas for improvement in safety, cost, and quality. - Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain process documentation. Includes standard operating procedures and work instructions. - Analyze the production process work steps, various ways of working Including an - Lead process improvement projects. It uses Lean Six Sigma methods to drive continuous improvement. - Train and instruct production personnel on new processes and equipment. - Work with suppliers and distributors to evaluate and certify new materials and equipment. - Follow industry trends and advancements in manufacturing process engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

  3. วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
  4. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน : มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Process engineer ในสายงานตรง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  5. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. มีความเป็นผู้นำ, สามารถวางแผนได้ขยัน,อดทน,มุ่งมั้น และสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
