1) Determine strategies for selling products within the country. and abroad (CNC / Milling ) 2) Make a plan to create a product price structure together with the management. 3) Communicate the complex technical benefits of the CNC milling machine and tailor your sales pitch to the specific needs of the client’s production requirements.

Qualifications

Male / Female, age 25-38 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering : Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
At least 5-8 years in sales and management field
Fluent in English along with relevent computer skills
Strong technical aptitude
A balance of technical expertise and sales skills
Ability to understand and address client needs
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Problem-Solving Skills: As clients may require customized solutions, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to recommend the right machine configurations and features.
Negotiation Skills: CNC milling machines are high-value items, and the sales cycle often involves negotiation with multiple stakeholders. You need to be comfortable negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.
Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients, especially in industries where repeat business and maintenance contracts are common, is critical.
