Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบ ISO ภายในองค์กร
2.ควบคุมและจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระบบตามมาตรฐาน ISO
3.จัดทำและควบคุมเวอร์ชันของเอกสาร (Document Control)
4.ดูแลการแจกจ่ายเอกสารให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
5.วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Audit) และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจประเมินจากหน่วยงานภายนอก (External Audit)
6.จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจติดตาม และติดตามการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน
7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ให้ปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO
8.ดูแลทะเบียนเอกสาร และประวัติการปรับปรุงเอกสาร
9.สนับสนุนการค้นหาเอกสาร และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบเอกสารเมื่อมีการตรวจสอบ
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศอายุ
- ปวช ปวส หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับด้าน ISO
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง
