Job Descriptions
- Assist the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations - Develop and execute new dishes and menus - Ensure food quality and presentation are up to the highest standards - Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen cleanliness - Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health regulations What We Offer: - Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB depending on experience - Accommodation support on Samui - Relocation package - Social security, paid vacation, and meals provided - Opportunities for career growth and bonuses for performance
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of experience as a sous-chef (candidates with less experience will also be considered)
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Knowledge of English at a conversational level (B1 and above)
  4. Expertise in food preparation, menu design, and cost management
