Job Descriptions
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure fulfill headcount with quality and timely.
2.Understand their staffing needs and job requirements to identify the right candidates
3.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
4.Interviews to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
5.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
6.Ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process and compliance with relevant regulations.
7.Update and analyze recruitment data, formulating & executing recruitment strategies and assessment of hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in screening applications and conduct interviewing.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
