*** Workplace: Innotech Laboratory Service Co., Ltd. *** • Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. • Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. •Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks effectively. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and analyze project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues as needed. • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify and manage any budget variances. • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Facilitate testing and acceptance processes. • Project Closure: Formalize project completion, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off. • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing IT projects, with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively based on project needs.
Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills for both Thai and English.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Experience in software development lifecycles, infrastructure projects.
Ability to analyzing information, making sound judgments, and solving complex problems.
Experience with change management principles.
