Job Descriptions
This role plays a crucial part in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Metthier's Smart Building solutions, including our Smart Building Platform, Smart Security as a Service, and Smart Facility Management. You will be involved in various stages of project management, including planning, monitoring, budgeting, and problem-solving, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is perfect for those with a keen interest in engineering and a proactive approach to project work. Responsibilities: 1.Project Planning and Control: Assist in the planning and execution of projects according to established plans and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. 2.Project Execution and Monitoring: Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 3.Budget and Resource Management: Assist in the management and control of project budgets and resources. Track project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. 4.Technical Support and Problem Solving: Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to find effective solutions to challenges. 5.Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a collaborative project team. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer role or a related position.
  3. Knowledge of information technology and computer systems.
  4. Demonstrated ability to plan and control project activities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
