Job Descriptions
- Prepare payment vouchers for trade payables and land rental, to be processed through the banking system. - Prepare payment vouchers for trade payables via counter cheques at Kasikornbank Public Company Limited on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. - Prepare reimbursement payment vouchers on the 10th of each month, to be processed through the banking system. - Prepare petty cash payment vouchers for station expenses on the 16th of each month, to be processed through the banking system. - Record bank charges, fund transfers from SA to CA, and credit card fees. - Summarize bank guarantee balances on a quarterly basis. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Female, aged between 25–35 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
  3. Solid knowledge of bank voucher preparation
  4. Proficient in accounting software such as AX and SAP
  5. Good understanding of withholding tax regulations
  6. Strong skills in cash flow management
  7. Good command of English; immediate availability is a plus
