Job Descriptions

1. Apply and update BOI card; 2. Determine the max inventory of materials according to the company's order, and do registration for BOI raw materials and finished products; 3. Check import shipping documents, coordinate with buyers, shipping companies, suppliers, customs, etc., complete the import declaration in time; 4. Check export shipping documents, communicate with transportation, operations and other positions to ensure that finished products can be shipped on schedule; 5. Cut stock for material imported under BOI; 6. Apply TISI license for materials imported; 7. According to the warehouse's month-end inventory, calculate the inventory quantity of raw materials imported under BOI monthly, compare with the quantity in the customs system, find problems and solve; 8. Deal with waste of imported raw materials under BOI.

Qualifications

Male - Female, age between 28-45 years;
Bachelor's degree in Logistics/International Business or other related fields;
Have at least 2 years of experience in BOI, familiar with procurement, logistics and warehousing related businesses;
Have strong interpersonal communication skills, can independently go to BOI, Customs, TISI, Industrial Bureau and other government departments to handle related business;
Proficient in English, which can be used for daily work communication. If you can communicate in Chinese, it will be given special consideration;
Proficient in using EPR, Office and other office software;
Work rigorously and methodically. Have a team spirit, and can withstand work pressure;
Can drive a car and has a driver's license.
Able to communicate in Mandarin
