Job Descriptions
-จัดทำเอกสารภายในเเผนก -งานติดต่อประสานงานทั้งกับคนจากแผนกอื่น เช่น นัดหมายการประชุม โต้ตอบทางอีเมลล์ (e-mail) หรือการจัดหาและรวบรวมเอกสารให้เป็นระเบียบและกับคนภายนอก เช่น ประสานงานกับเวนเดอร์ (Vendor) พาร์ทเนอร์ (Partner) แมสเซ็นเจอร์ (Messenger) หรือการนัดหมายลูกค้า (Customer) เป็นต้น -เป็นตัวแทนของทีมในการประสานงานด้านและสรุปข้อมูลที่สำคัญเพื่อสื่อสารกับคนภายในทีม -มีหน้าที่โดยตรงเกี่ยวกับงานด้านเอกสาร ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดทำ การสรุปข้อมูล รวบรวม หรือการตรวจสอบให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และส่งมอบให้ถึงมือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็วและตรงเวลา -งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวงาน
Qualifications
  1. ชาย/หญิง
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 40ปี
  3. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้(ถ้ามี)
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการงานธุรการอย่างน้อย2ปี
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Word, Excel ได้
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  8. มีความเข้าใจในระบบ ISO9001/14001/45001
  9. มีใจรักในการงานบริการ
  10. สามารถทำเอกสารการเช็คชีสต่างๆได้ดี
