Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อบริหารจัดการแก้ปัญหาให้เกิดความพึงพอใจทั้งด้านการรักษาและการบริการ
- สามารถให้คำปรึกษา ข้อเสนอแนะ และแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการบริการกับลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- บริการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ หรือช่องทางต่างๆ
- มีหน้าที่ให้บริการ ตอบคำถาม แก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงตอบข้อสงสัยต่างๆ แก่ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วันทำงาน จันทร์~เสาร์
- เวลาทำงาน 9:00 AM.~18:00 PM.
Qualifications
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรองและแก้ไขปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
