Job Descriptions- Oversee and manage the CEO's attire for various events, providing recommendations on appropriate outfits and ensuring clothes are prepared and ready for use. This includes making sure the outfits are in good condition and properly cleaned.
- Coordinate with the wardrobe team and stylist, if necessary, to ensure the CEO looks polished and appropriate for each occasion.This also includes preparing accessories such as shoes, ties, watches, and other items needed for events.
- Prepare outfits for travel, if the CEO needs to travel to different locations, ensuring that clothing is properly packed and transported.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and specific event requirements, such as formal events or themed occasions, to ensure the CEO’s look is suitable and aligns with the event.
- Incumbent of this position, works closely with CEO to provide services such as food and beverage service, Traveling, Hotel , including, banqueting in a private residence.
- Responsible for ensuring that items in the household are in good order and stored correctly.
- Performs Household Assistant duties as required and other tasks as assigned by the representative or the Residence Manager.
Ensures the efficient day-to-day functioning of the representative’s household.
- Work with the Residence Manager and Protocol Staff to assist with and support planning and organizing official representational events time to time.
