Job Descriptions
- ปฏิบัติงานกับเครื่อง CNC Milling - เขียน G-code, M Code หรือโปรแกรม CNC ที่หน้าเครื่อง - ทำการปรับ (Set Up) เครื่องจักรเพื่อขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานตามใบสั่งผลิต - ทำการผลิตชิ้นงานตามแบบงาน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานระหว่างผลิต - ตรวจดูระยะเวลาในการผลิต เพื่อให้งานเสร็จตามกำหนดส่งมอบ - ใช้เครื่องมือวัด และวัดขนาดชิ้นงานที่ผ่านการทำ cnc ได้อย่างแม่นยำ - มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือคว้านหยาบและคว้านละเอียด - สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมการคว้าน การเจาะ การกัด และการต๊าปได้ - อ่านแบบสัญลักษณ์ได้ *ตำแหน่งนี้ มีการทดสอบหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 18 - 35 ปี
  2. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ตรงกับสายงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ปวช.รับพิจารณา หากมีประสบการณ์ตรง)
  4. สามารถใช้เครื่อง Milling CNC ได้ดี
  5. สามารถ Operation เครื่องกลึง ธรรมดา, CNC ได้
  6. สามารถเขียน G-code, M Code ได้ และแก้ไขปัญหาได้
  7. สามารถอ่านแบบในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรกลได้
  8. สามารถอ่านแบบและสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆได้และมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแบบงาน
  9. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ สามารถใช้เครื่องจักร, เครื่องมือช่างในแผนก Machine ได้
  10. มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานและหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย, ขยัน, อดทน
