Job Descriptions
- ปฏิบัติงานกับเครื่อง CNC Milling - เขียน G-code, M Code หรือโปรแกรม CNC ที่หน้าเครื่อง - ทำการปรับ (Set Up) เครื่องจักรเพื่อขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานตามใบสั่งผลิต - ทำการผลิตชิ้นงานตามแบบงาน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานระหว่างผลิต - ตรวจดูระยะเวลาในการผลิต เพื่อให้งานเสร็จตามกำหนดส่งมอบ - ใช้เครื่องมือวัด และวัดขนาดชิ้นงานที่ผ่านการทำ cnc ได้อย่างแม่นยำ *ตำแหน่งนี้ มีการทดสอบหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 18 - 35 ปี
  2. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ตรงกับสายงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถใช้เครื่อง Milling CNC ได้ดี
  5. สามารถ Operation เครื่องกลึง ธรรมดา, CNC ได้
  6. สามารถเขียน G-code, M Code ได้
  7. สามารถอ่านแบบในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรกลได้
  8. สามารถอ่านแบบและสัญลักษณ์ GD&T Symbol หรือสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆได้
  9. สามารถเขียน Program Cad/Cam เครื่องได้
  10. ใช้โปรแกรม CAD/CAM ในการผลิตได้
  11. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ สามารถใช้เครื่องจักร, เครื่องมือช่างในแผนก Machine ได้
  12. มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานและหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย, ขยัน, อดทน
  13. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแบบงาน และสัญลักษณ์ GD&T Symbol หรือสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆที่อยู่บนแบบได้
