Job Descriptions
-วางแผนควบคุมดูแลรับผิดชอบของแผนกธุรการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
-ประเมินผลด้านการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานในแผนก
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
-เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไข ปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับการปฎิบัติงาน
-ควบคุมการดูแลอนุมัติสั่งซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือต่างๆที่ใช้ในแผนกธุรการ
-ควบคุมดูแลกฎระเบียบต่างๆที่มีการบังคับใช้ภายในบริษัทฯให้เป็นไปตามความถูกต้องและเหมาะสม
-วางแผนควบคุมและจัดหาสวัสดิการต่างๆของพนักงาน
-อืนๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- ผ่านการฝึกอบรมระบบความปลอดภัยในการผลิตอาหาร เช่น BRC GMP HACPP
- มีความรู้ระบบ ISO9001 , ISO14001
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
