Job Descriptions

- Developing and executing strategic plans for the assigned product category to drive sales and effective product merchandising. - Understand market trends, consumer behavior and competitor in order to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborating with various teams, like marketing, purchaser, to identify and implement new products, services and marketing communication initiatives. - Evaluating customer feedback and monitor and evaluate category Remark: The company will conduct a criminal background check before considering hiring for this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
9+ years of experience as a category management, Visual merchandiser in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of the consumer behavior and retail trends.
Proficiency in utilize Microsoft Office, category management tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing market dynamics, consumer preferences and organizational priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Project management skill or strong in follow up multi task.
Good in English communication.
Have own vehicle.
