Job Descriptions

- Manage sales performance, promotions, and trade campaign analysis in the Modern Trade channel - Negotiate and coordinate with buyers to drive sales and create new business opportunities - Prepare monthly sales plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet targets - Track sales and distribution performance, especially for new product launches and key campaigns - Conduct regular store visits to identify improvement areas and enhance in-store visibility - Plan stock levels and replenishment based on sales history and account-specific activities

Qualifications

Preferred experience 2-5 years with Beauty industry in Modern Trade, Retail Channels
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Know buyers and have connection with Modern trade’s account would be a plus
Good strategic planning, analytical and proactive.
Can work under pressure.
To handle the complexity of work load and still can deliver the sales performance.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in BA training or beauty consulting is a plus
