Job Descriptions
1.Plan and follow up schedule new product.
2.Summary report and status to customer.
3.Manage and control the work of the engineering department. To be in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
4.Supervise, control and participate in determining the operational guidelines of the agency. To be in accordance with the standard system Quality system and various requirement of the company and customers.
5.Manage and supervise employees to comply with company regulations.
6. Coordinate between agencies and other agencies to achieve common goals.
7.Other task assigned.
8.Lead and support continuous improvement activities, including Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
9.Conduct process assessments to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and maturity levels.
10.Manage improvement projects to achieve defined performance and financial targets.
11.Develop and deliver training, coaching, and facilitation on problem solving, RCA, Lean tools, Six Sigma concepts, and Kaizen.
12.Promote and embed a continuous improvement culture across operations, including daily Kaizen practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts, TPM).
- Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.& Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. (TOEIC score 600 up)
