รายละเอียดงาน: เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด เพื่อร่วมงานในตำแหน่ง Marketing Coordinator Associate (ผู้ประสานงานการตลาด) มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรม ของ Marketing และช่วยให้งาน Project ต่างๆ ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: - จัดการงานด้านเอกสารและงานประสาน เพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของ Marketing - วางแผนและประสานงานด้านธุรการ เช่น การจองโรงแรมและตั๋วเดินทาง / เอกสารวางบิลต่างๆ - ดูแลขั้นตอนการเรียกเก็บเงินและการชำระเงินให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น - ติดตามและจัดการเอกสารการชำระเงิน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า Project เสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด - สนับสนุนทีม Marketing ในการจัดการและดำเนิน Project ต่างๆ - จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายและตรวจสอบให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีทักษะการจัดการงานที่ดีและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
  3. มีประสบการณ์หรือความคุ้นเคยกับงานเอกสารและกระบวนการชำระเงิน
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ยอดเยี่ยม
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น Microsoft Office: Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, and PowerPoint Presentation, Microsoft team, etc.
  6. สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและบริหารเวลาได้ดี
