Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze production plans and generate material requirement plans (MRP) accordingly. 2. Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials. 3. Monitor stock levels and take corrective action to avoid material shortages or overstock. 4. Maintain accurate records of material transactions and inventory data in ERP or planning systems. 5. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve material supply issues. 6. Participate in regular production and planning meetings. 7. Track and report key planning metrics (e.g., stock turnover, material availability). 8. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or production planning (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in English is a plus
