Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น อินวอยซ์ ใบขนสินค้า แพคกิ้งลิสต์ ใบตราส่ง หนังสือรับรองแหล่งสินค้า และเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออกอื่นๆ
2. ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
3. ติดต่อสายเรือและจองเรือ
4. ตรวจสอบเอกสาร/ดราฟบีแอล
5. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ปี ไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์, สาขาภาษาจีนหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสาร อ่าน พิมพ์ ภาษาจีนได้
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์การประสานงานนำเข้า - ส่งออก
- หากมีประสบการณ์ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ขยัน, ซื่อสัตย์, มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี, มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีไหวพริบ, กระตือรือร้น, มีความอดทนสูง, แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
