Job Descriptions
- วางแผนการปลูกพืชตามฤดูกาล
- วางแผนการทดลองตามโปรเจค
- วางแผนการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร เช่น การให้น้ำ การใส่ปุ๋ย และการใช้ยากำจัดศัตรูพืชภายในฟาร์ม
- เก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น ประสิทธิภาพของปัจจัยการผลิต ปริมาณผลผลิต และต้นทุนและสามารถนำข้อมูลไปวางแผนการดูแลฟาร์มต่อไป
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลของฟาร์มให้กับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
งานอื่นๆ ตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาเกษตร และสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนการทดลอง และการออกแบบการทดลอง
- มีประสบการณ์การดูแลพืชอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ได้ดี พร้อมพัฒนา และเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง
