Job Descriptions
•Site coordination with client , building and all suppliers
•Clear design issue with in-house designer
•Solve site problems
•Manage construction schedule
•Control workmanship and quality
•Handover site to client
•Prepare BOQ , project schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out , M&E high-rise building office renovation
- Good in using MS. Office, be able to do BOQ, schedule
- Knowledge of English
- Can work on Saturday & Sunday (Flexible)
- Punctual & Responsible
- Can work under pressure and tight schedule
- Bachelor's degree
- Age not over 35 years
