สถานที่ทำงาน ยูนิลิเวอร์ MRTพระราม9
จันทร์-ศุกร์ 9.00-18.00 น.
-ดูแลข้อพิพาทแรงงาน ไกล่เกลี่ยกรณีพนักงานฟ้องร้อง
-ร่วมสอบสวนพนักงานที่กระทำความผิด
-ตรวจสอบการออกใบเตือน
-ดูแลกฎระเบียบภายในบริษัท
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานในระดับดีมาก
- เคยมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านข้อพิพาทแรงงานอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ไกล่เกลี่ย ปิดเคสที่กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
