Job Descriptions
-Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking. -Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation. -Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. -Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management. -Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. -Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  1. Proven track record of success in sales volumn
  2. Influence in English,especially read and write
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  4. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
  5. Ability to craft and design the sales proposal,especially Canva and AI
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. At least 3 years in sales experience
