1. HR Admin Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling VISA, Work Permit and 90 Days Report for Foreigner staff. (Non B Visa &WP) under BOI regulations.
Assist all of Human Resources and admin duties such as Recruitment, Handing Order Uniform, Company Activities.
Other tasks as HR & Admin Manager's assignment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Require work experience in Visa and Work Permit at least 1-2 years and HR & admin job at least 3 years
Strong knowledge BOI regulations
Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Chinese language ability is a plus.
2. C&B / Payroll Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end to end payroll processes including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency (completeness and accuracy in timely manner)
Lead C&B team to implement company C&B strategy, policy and procedure, continuously revise and perfect relative C&B policy and procedure as request.
Lead team to prepare monthly salary report, resigned employee’s salary report and other analysis report.
Monitor and ensure that payroll processes are comply with the company governance and statutory requirements
Provide assistant for annual performance review, prepare merit increase summary report.
Support and implement the HRIS system through go-live
Another task from superior.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Management or related field.
Have experiences 3-5 years in C&B, Payroll in manufacturing factory
Strong knowledge in C&B, Payroll
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Chinese language ability is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of any field
- Good command of both oral and written English and should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills in English.
- At least 5 years experiences in HR related field job requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Excellent data administration skills.
- Proactive with a positive attitude in a multifunctional role
- Able to relocate to Pathumthani for on-the-job training from the start until August 2025.
