Responsibilities • Lead configuration, implementation, migration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM modules. • Manage new system setups, upgrades, and integration with other platforms. • Handle D365 supports tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation. • Liaise and coordinate with overseas D365 teams and vendors for system improvements and issue resolution. • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end-users. • Maintain roles, access permissions, and system security compliance. • Monitor performance and ensure accuracy and integrity of data. • Lead IT projects across infrastructure, security, and applications. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project delivery. • Track milestones, prepare reports, and ensure timely project completion. • Support strategic initiatives in IT to align technology with business needs. • Ensure compliance with company regulations, QMS, ISO, and IT policies. • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), including migrations, new implementations, and support.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT project management.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 setup, configuration, integration.
Experience in handling user support tickets and cross team coordination.
Strong project management methodology and tools knowledge.
Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure includes switches, routers, firewall, and wireless systems.
Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
Familiarity with IT standards, compliance, and documentation practices.
Fluent in English (spoken and written),Conversational Thai proficiency.
Proficient Microsoft Office, network tools, firewall management consoles.
