Job Descriptions
1.ออกเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ อินวอยซ์ในการขายสินค้า
2.ออกใบลด/เพิ่มหนี้ เอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ส่งเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
4.กรณีมีเหตุไม่ปกติหรือกระทบต่อความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และ
อาหาร ต่อหัวหน้างานตามลำดับพร้อมร่วมหาสาเหตุแก้ไข
5.ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ excel ได้ดี
5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ งานทำได้อย่างถูกต้องสมบูรณ์
6.จัดทำรายงาน เอกสารต่างๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านออกอินวอยซ์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.-ปวส.
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบโรงงานอาหารจะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสูตรต่างๆของ excel
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานด้วยตนเองและทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
