• Total Rewards – Implement reward management and remuneration polices and systems which effectively attract and retain talents
• Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation. Determine appropriate salary scales for newcomers and able to provide daily consultancy to managers and staff on the C&B policies and regulation
• Maintain human resource information systems records in TigerSoft Program ensuring data accuracy and compiles reports from the database
• Ensure the payroll management is timely and effectively administered
• Ensure all HR policies, procedures and processes are up to date, legally compliant and meet the internal control requirements
• Manage end-to-end candidate hiring processes & candidate pipelines to ensure a positive candidate’s experience and ensuring smooth onboarding process
• Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of annual HR cycle such as Recruitment, Employee Rewards and Engagement
• Serve as a trusted HR partner and main contact for HR-related matters, support and advocate the local people strategy
• Collaborate effectively with the business, provide solutions and innovative ideas, while guiding managers in people-related organizational matters, using data for decision-making
• Collaborate with different HR teams to provide seamless HR support, continuously improving people processes
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives, ensure HR alignment across the organization for a unified employee experience
