Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 1. Responsible as the key liaison between operations, suppliers, and the customer, ensuring that overall specifications, quality/regulatory requirements, and expectations are met for all purchased products. 2. Conduct and responsible for supplier qualification/disqualification/audits. 3. Performing regular quality control audits to ensure suppliers continue to comply with the company's standards. 4. Initiate and follow up on incoming materials FA requests with suppliers, and APQP activity 5. Review incoming supplies and products from suppliers to check for defects and ensure quality. 6. Serving as a liaison between our company's management and the supplier to identify quality issues and develop solutions. 7. Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws. 8. Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates. 9. Perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from his / her supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience
Direct experience handle with supplier and supplier audits are merit
QC, QA for Industrial/ Manufacturing, there is QC 7 Tools skill, SPC, Equipment control & calibration
Measuring small tools, Issuing inspection reports,
8D / Why analyze course, Uncertainty of measuring equipment, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
Effective communication skills in English.
