รายละเอียดงาน 1. จัดการข้อมูล รวบรวมและจัดระเบียบข้อมูล BOI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท 2. ดูแลจัดการ ติดต่อกับ Shipping งานนำเข้าและส่งออกที่เกี่ยวข้อง นำเข้าวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI และการตรวจสอบ สั่งปล่อยวัตถุดิบ 3. มีความเข้าใจและสามารถดำเนินการตามนโยบายการส่งออกและการคืนภาษีของ BOIได้ทันเวลา ทำเรื่องเสียภาษีวัตถุดิบที่นำมาประกอบเครื่องจักร 4. การติดต่อกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ: ติดต่อขอคำปรึกษาหรือยื่นเอกสารกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI 5. ประสานงานกับต่างประเทศที่ส่งวัตถุดิบเกี่ยวกับเอกสารนำเข้า 6. การจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน: การประสานงานนำเข้าและส่งออกและการจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉินอย่างทันท่วงทีในกรณีมีสินค้าเร่งด่วน
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไปคณะ/การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ,สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน BOI อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีประสบการเอกสารนำเข้าส่งออก และติดต่อ Shipping
  4. มีความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office
  5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  7. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อองค์กร ทีม เพื่อนร่วมงาน
