Job Purpose / Summary:
As the Finance&leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall finance managing work, leading and standardizing the company's accounting work, enhancing the accounting system to ensure clear accounts, preparing monthly accounting statements, final checking of all financial statements before submission to management, providing regular financial analysis reports, supporting company decision-making, ensuring effective risk management and tax planning, and coordinating financial communication and transactions with domestic and foreign companies.
Also in charge of the Leasing Department, familiar with diversified financing channels, good resources of banks and financial institutions, able to quickly establish effective financing channels; with risk control capabilities, a deep understanding of corporate internal control, compliance management, financial risk assessment and control processes, familiar with the construction of the credit management system, able to effectively manage customer and project risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, financing,Economics,or related fields
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial field;Minimum 5 years in managerial level
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels and cultures within organization
- Strong planning & Organizational skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines independently
- An independent team worker
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with SAP systems and Experience in accounting for Hire purchase and Sub leases is prior.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and standardize the company's financial managing work, improve the accounting system to ensure clear accounts.2. Prepare the company's annual financial budget, regularly analyze abnormalities in the implementation, and provide regular financial analysis reports for decision-making support.3. Establish and improve the company's internal control system and implement financial system management to ensure effective operation.4. Responsible for tax planning and management, organizing tax accounting and filing,and capital arrangements in order to reduce costs and avoid financial risks.5. Coordinate the work of settlement and communication between offshore and domestic companies, and the design of related transaction structure.6. Coordinate with LiuGong Thailand risk control department/Business departments for finance statement review of dealer/Customers and coordinate the resolution of accounting treatment for new businesses.7. Coordinate with LiuGong Group finance department to submit finance data of LiuGong Thailand.8. Planning and management of company funds, etc.9. Other works relavent to the LiuGong Thailand finance. Internal: President director/ Vice President/LiuGong Group/Leasing department/Operational departments External: Finance Company, Leasing Company, Banks, and Audit Company
