Job Descriptions
1. Sell & Renew 2. Handover areas 3. Update & analyze tenant information including Rent Roll & Delayed Renewal Status, and recommend actions 4. Monitor tenant shop meets the unique positioning strategy & shop standards. 5.Tenant Relationship 6.Consolidate Rent Roll & Delayed Renewal Report 7.Support in finding festive/ seasonal concept partnerships (Private & Government sectors).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Retail Business as well as Leasing experience in shopping malls
  3. Highly motivated and target driven with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  4. Strong foundation of customer relationship development and management skill.
  5. Solid knowledge in retail business as well as in tenant management.
  6. Strong sales and negotiations skills
  7. Good English communication (both written and spoken).
  8. Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
