Job Descriptions
- บริหารจัดการตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน และทำหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่างสำนักงานใหญ่กับอาคาร - จัดทำรายงานการบริหารจัดการรายเดือนของทุกแผนก รวมถึงจัดทำเช็คลิสต์ รายงานการเข้าสำรวจ รายงานแจ้งเหตุต่าง ๆ และบันทึกการติดต่อกับห้องชุด เพื่อนำส่งให้คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ - ให้การช่วยเหลือในการเตรียมการจัดประชุมคณะกรรมการและประชุมสามัญใหญ่เจ้าของร่วม เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการและงานประชุมสำคัญของอาคารเพื่อบันทึกและจัดทำรายงานการประชุม
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอาคารชุดไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
  2. สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
  3. ใช้โปรแกรม Softbiz ได้
  4. มีทัศนะคติที่ดี และมีใจรักในงานให้บริการ
  5. เริ่มงานได้ทันที พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
