Job Descriptions
1. ดูงานบัญชี ด้านรับ – ด้านจ่าย 2. จัดทำใบวางบิล ติดต่อประสานงานในการรับเช็ค ตรวจสอบและวางแผนการรับชำระหนี้ (ไม่ต้องเปิดบิล) และตรวจสอบจ่ายชำระหนี้ 3. จัดทำการกระทบยอดเงินสด เงินมัดจำ เงินรับล่วงหน้า เช็ครับลงวันที่ล่วงหน้า ลูกหนี้คงเหลือ ตั้งเบิกเงินสดย่อย 4. สรุปยอดขายรายเดือนและจัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย-ซื้อ 5. ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษีขายสดและขายเชื่อ และชุดเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งหนี้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. ตรวจสอบเอกสารบิลค่าใช้จ่ายของซัพพลายเออร์ และค่าใช้จ่ายภายในบริษัท 7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน
  2. เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้เจ้าหนี้ 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงานด้านบัญชีและการเงิน
  5. สามารถสื่อสารได้ดีและทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้
  6. มีความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาตนเอง
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ขยัน อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
