Job Descriptions
- Design special cutting tools based on custom requirement, application analysis and performance objectives. - Utilise WATER Tool Studio and ANCA Tool Room CAD/CAM system to develop tool geometries and general manufacturing data. - Create detil engineering drawing of cutting tools, including dimensions, tolerance and meterail specification. - Apply a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate and manufacturable designs. - Utilize the CATIA CAD system for design and modeling tasks as required. - Collaborate with manufacturing and sales team to ensure design feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Male only, Thai nationality only.
  2. age 27-40 yeas old
  3. Graduate high education (ปวส.) / Bachelor's degree Engineer of Mechanical or relate filed.
  4. Necessary have experience in cutting tool hight pricision less than 3 years.
  5. Proven proficiency in using WATER Tool Studio and ANCA Tool room CAD/CAM systems.
  6. Strong capability in creating detial engineering drawing.
  7. Thorough understanding and applicant of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T) principles.
  8. Extensive knowledge of cutting tool material, geometries, applications and design principles.
  9. Experience using the CATIA CAD system for design and modeling.
  10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
