- เคยทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร คิดวิเคราะห์ และจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาที่รัดกุมได้ มีความคล่องตัว มีความยืดหยุ่น และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถทำงาน จันทร์-เสาร์ ได้
- สามารถเดินทางมาปฏิบัติเองได้
