Job Descriptions

1.Monitor and control the process of requesting BOI Privileges, such as requesting investment promotion, requesting approval from import machinery, requesting approval from import raw materials, cutting stock raw materials, and annual operating results to BOI. 2.Monitoring and controlling the process of requesting EEI privileges such as approval of product formula, import permit of raw materials, and cut stock raw materials. 3.Contact the customs dept to request duty funds under section 29 and proceed with paying duty and taxes prepare a report on duty refund according to section 29. 4.Coordinate with TISI dept. to request permission to import products. 5.Contact government agencies involved in requesting permission to import. 6.Optimize supply chain processes both import and export for cost savings and timely delivery. 7.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. 8.Coordinate and control for optimized business translation process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics Management, or any other related field.
At least 2 years. exp. at the Management level for BOI, EEI, Import-Export, Customs Formality Knowledge, and Refund Import Duty under section 29, with requesting import permits from government agencies.
Experience in Custom compliance will be an advantage.
Communication English Language with a can-do attitude, and good relationship with interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management skills
