Job Descriptions
- วางแผน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ (IQA) และคุณภาพระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต (IPQA) ให้ถูกต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ (Incoming) และการตรวจสอบ/ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนการส่งมอบ (Buy-off)
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารคุณภาพ เช่น Inspection Standard, Work Instruction และ Checklist ต่าง ๆ
- ทำข้อมูลสรุปและรายงานผลประจำวัน
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต
- อบรม, สอนงาน ให้กับพนักงานในทีมตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6, ปวช., ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA/ IQA/ IPQA ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, IATF16949
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถสอนงานได้
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน การสื่อสาร และจัดการงานในทีม
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
