协助高管安排和管理日程、会议、差旅及商务活动准备会议材料、整理会议纪要并跟进落实事项处理高管报销事务，包括费用单据收集、审核及申报协助高管推进项目进度，协调资源并跟踪执行情况负责文件归档、数据录入及报告撰写等行政事务协助高管处理内外部沟通，维护跨部门及客户关系维护高管办公室日常运营及办公环境设备管理 Job Descriptions Assist the Executive in scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, business trips, and events. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and write up meeting minutes. Handle the Executive's reimbursement matters, including collecting expense reports,auditing, and submitting expense claims. Assist the Executive with project management, including tracking progress and coordinating resources. Provide administrative support to the Executive, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Assist the Executive with internal and external communications, including maintaining relationships with other departments and clients. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Executive's office, including maintaining the office environment and equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Secretarial Studies, Administration, or a related field,new graduate are welcome.
Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good organizational, planning, and execution abilities.
Experience working in multinational companies or large enterprises.
Fluent at Chinese and Thai.
