Job Responsibilities: •Manage documentation and workflows to ensure compliance with ISO standards. •Coordinate with various departments to support quality system operations. •Serve as an Internal Auditor for quality system monitoring. •Prepare and oversee customer audit processes. •Handle external audits (CB) to certify quality management systems. •Analyze and follow up on customer complaints, develop corrective actions, implement preventive measures, and provide customer feedback. •Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. •ดูแลระบบเอกสารและกระบวนการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของระบบ ISO •ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านระบบคุณภาพ •ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะผู้ตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Auditor) •เตรียมความพร้อมและดูแลการตรวจประเมินจากลูกค้า •รับผิดชอบการตรวจประเมินจากหน่วยงานภายนอก (CB) เพื่อรับรองมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพ •วิเคราะห์และติดตามข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า พร้อมวางแผนแก้ไขและป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ รวมถึงตอบกลับลูกค้า •สื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

Qualifications

Male or female.
Aged 25-35 years or older.
At least 5 years of experience in quality management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or related fields.
Completed training in internal auditing for ISO 9001 or other relevant systems.
Proficiency in ISO 9001 or other related quality management systems.
Knowledge of environmental laws, occupational health, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
