Job Descriptions

Job Purpose: The Process Engineer is responsible for improving production processes, executing cost-saving programs, enhancing capacity, and ensuring quality. This role involves process optimization, equipment management, customer complaint handling, and the development of new materials and processes. Key Responsibilities: Cost Saving & Process Improvement: Execute cost-saving initiatives and improve process capabilities and production capacity. Scrap & Quality Projects: Work on reducing scrap and leading quality improvement projects. Equipment Management: Oversee equipment purchases, acceptance, and maintenance. Problem Solving: Handle exceptions and resolve issues assigned by supervisors. Documentation & Reports: Develop MEE/SOP, handle customer complaints, and manage customer audits and documentation. New Developments: Assist in the development and verification of new materials, processes, and parameters.

Qualifications

University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) preferred.
Independent work style, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
TOEIC score of 450 or above basic
knowledge of Chinese is a plus
