Job Descriptions

Employees Relations •Establishing and maintaining good relationships between the company and employees. •Maintaining good relationships with employees and external communities. •Creating and conducting various activities to motivate employees and enhance relations within the organization. •Representing the employer in negotiations relating to initiatives and/or labor disputes. •Preparing and implementing discipline guidelines and monitoring the disciplinary action process, and, •ensuring compliance aligns with company regulations. Activities & Communications •Deploy communication strategy to implement effectively in the Company. •Create new communication channel and material to ensure message has been delivered to target group on time, effectively and clearly. •Set up measurement, analyze and propose to top management to leverage the Company's communication methods Lead. •Initiate and manage employee relations activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related fields.
5 years of experience in ER function
Has Internal Communication experience is a plus.
Good command in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Strong labor law skill and communication skill.
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP
Able to work for both Samutprakarn and Chonburi plant
