Job Descriptions

1. Handle all work that related to e-Commerce. 2. Involve and supervising e-commerce support team. 3. Responsible for the full range of operational and administrative activities in e-commerce platforms. 4. Analysis stock and generate sales forecast. 5. Execute different channels’ promotion activities, copy-writing, designs. 6. Collaborative design team to complete visual output and on-site advertising on e-commerce and digital Marketing. 7. Arrange the inbound and outbound of inventory to the platform. 8. Work with the Finance team to confirm the accurate billing process. 9. Support and consolidate of all campaigns mechanics in the platform. 10. Continuously optimize the e-commerce channel operation and performance. 11. Grow and manage digital sales.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Communications/Marketing, Journalism or related field.
Required language (s) : English & excellent Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with the operating rules of major e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop), with excellent channel management capabilities and customer relationship management capabilities, priority is given.
Excellent Communication skills – must be able to clearly describe plans and strategic vision to the marketing and management.
Strong market sensitivity and insight; with data analysis capabilities, sensitive to sales related data
